We are pleased to announce that as of Monday, June 15, 2020, our regular lobby hours have been reinstated.
However, we have re-opened with new restrictions and guidelines that will remain in effect until further notice. We have missed you and are happy to see you, but thank you for understanding that the safety of our staff and our members remains our highest priority. Though our lobby looks different and has these new restrictions put in place, you are still our family and we are still here to provide you with the exceptional service that you expect and deserve.
Please know that we have been and will continue to take the proper precautions in regards to cleaning and sanitizing our office to keep it a safe environment for our staff and our members. This includes diligently cleaning counter tops, door handles, drive-up tubes, and any other exposed or vulnerable surfaces.
In order to comply with governmental rules and regulations, along with recommendations from CLFCU’s board of directors, please be prepared to follow the guidelines below when using our lobby.
- For security purposes, MASKS ARE NOT PERMITTED in the lobby. If this makes you uncomfortable, please continue to use the drive-up.
- DO NOT come inside the credit union if you are feeling ill, have had a fever in the past 24 hours, or are experiencing any known symptoms of COVID-19.
- No more than 3 members will be admitted into the lobby at a time. Upon entering, if there are already 3 members inside the lobby, please return to your car and do not enter until someone leaves. Be aware and respectful of others who may already be in their car waiting to enter the building.

- Respect ALL social distancing protocol, including floor markings spaced 6 feet apart, signage, and blocked off areas. Protective plexiglass barriers have also been installed on the teller line.
- Due to social distancing limitations and out of respect of other members, please have your transactions prepared ahead of time and be in and out of the lobby in a timely manner.
- Our island will not be accessible. If needed, deposit and withdrawal tickets will be given to you at the teller window.
- We do NOT have a public restroom available.
